The Atlas PV10PX 2-Post Hydraulic Car Lift is a heavy-duty professional grade two post lift that is known for its durability and value. Remarkably, it has been manufactured for over a decade and is popular among automotive shops and personal vehicle owners. The PV10PX model is designed to safely lift a range of vehicles, from small cars to large trucks, and includes features such as a padded shut-off bar, rubber protective covers, and a deluxe truck adapter set to ensure safe and effective vehicle lifting.

Application

The PV10PX 2-Post Hydraulic Car Lift is suitable for lifting motor vehicles having maximum weight as described in the nameplate on the power side column of the lift. Additionally, all mechanical parts, such as columns, carriages, and lift arms, have been built with steel plates to make the frame stiff and strong while keeping a low weight.

Requirements

The PV10PX 2-Post Hydraulic Car Lift MUST be installed on 3000 PSI concrete with a minimum thickness of 4” and an extension of at least 5 feet from anchoring points. New concrete must be adequately cured by at least 21 days minimum.

An electrician should be hired to install the proper electrical connection to the lift. The lift does not come with hydraulic fluid and should be ordered separately. Ensure installation of a proper circuit breaker on the circuit (DZ47-63/D20A/2P is suggested for single phase 208-240V and DZ47-63/D16A/3P for triple-phase). Make sure the lift is grounded well.

Lastly, this item is warranted for five (5) years on structural components, two (2) years on hydraulic cylinders, and one (1) year on electric or air / hydraulic power units from the invoice date. A 90-day warranty covers wear items.
